Once your Will has been created the process of checking can begin. Our expert team have years of specialist experience, should they identify any issues, they will work with you to make any necessary changes, their job is to ensure that your Will fully reflects your wishes
Note: You have the option to view your Will before the checking process, although we strongly recommend signing the document only once our checks are fully completed

Now that your Will has been checked it is ready to be signed. The law states that you must sign your Will in front of two witnesses, who can then countersign. Almost anybody can be a witness provided they are not beneficiaries under your Will, people often ask their neighbours and friends
Your Will is a valuable document, keeping is safe and up-to-date is essential. That is why once your Will is signed many customers take the 'Updates & Storage' for total peace of mind. For only £14 per year we can store your Will and you can log-in and update it as and when necessary
